We often get clients that would like to keep their sessions with Roar Boudoir a more private affair. That is absolutely fine! We value and respect your privacy here. Sometimes those same clients want a way to sing our praises from the rooftops but aren't comfortable with posting a review under their real name. We often get emails like this and thought I'd take some time to share a few sweet sentiments that we'd received.

We’ve had some absolutely amazing clients in the studio recently. One of them being the beautiful Miss J. She stunned us in a red velvet bodysuit from the Roar Boudoir wardrobe. She was giving us total Melisandre vibes from Game Of Thrones, which we all collectively nerded out about together. We’re glad that we had your perfect lingerie in studio, that gave you options you wouldn’t have considered normally. Miss J. loved her images so much that she changed her mind on releasing the photos online once she saw how gorgeous they turned out. During our last bridal show we had a contest where one lucky winner would get a free boudoir session with us. Miss K. was out lucky winner, and we had such a blast shooting with her! Here's are just a few of her final images, we had so much fun pairing her hair up to some of our pink backdrops. Miss K has already mentioned coming in again, and we can't wait to have her back! Miss C. had scheduled a shoot with us pretty far in advance. She was excited and ready for the session up until about the week before. She had some bad news come up and emailed us about canceling her session. She told us her self-confidence was really low and she didn't think she was up to it. We urged her to reconsider and she reluctantly agreed to do the shoot. We're so glad she did! Not only did love her photos, and was amazed about how awesome she felt about herself and her body after she viewed the photos. "You guys were totally right!" She said viewing each amazing image after amazing image. Another added bonus is that we gained an awesome friend, hot off what we hope will be the first of many nights where we share a bottle of wine. We love it when clients turn into good friends!
Miss D. came to us having wanted to do a boudoir session for years, something always came up. This year she decided to follow through on getting the boudoir session of her dreams. We had the lovely Miss V. come visit us at the studio below. We had such fun playing with the Roar Boudoir wardrobe and the lovely lingerie pieces she brought. The vintage set the with the black bows has been very fun to shoot on clients at recent shoots. We have a wide selection of supplemental and lingerie options free to use at our studio during your session. (All items are dry cleaned and worn with a liner or nude thong.)While not strictly lingerie, we also loved Miss V.'s super cute tattooed garters! Miss T. showed up for her session bearing gifts of super tasty jello shots. Which according to her husband is something she does quite often! We love how Miss T. could go from biker babe to a total Marilyn Monroe in no time flat. We had such a blast at her session, and are so glad she let us share some of her photos. We cracked probably too many jokes, and can't wait for Miss T to find another excuse to come hang out with us! I mean, how awesome does she look a leather chaps? Maybe next time we can fit her Harley into a shoot!

Miss L. is one beautiful bad ass babe! We were so happy to have in her in Roar Studios this past weekend. She'd just come off of an MMA fight the day before, how cool is that? Our clients are all so talented, Miss L. being no expection. We love the finished images for her shoot, and are so flattered she's allowing us to share them with you!
Awesome ladies! Professional, creative. They made me feel so comfortable! The studio and lingerie are beautiful, so many options. And the stylist Destiny is great too! I loved everything about it!
Here at the Roar Boudoir Studios we pride ourselves in the fact that we genuinely believe in the power of self-image, but very rarely are we rewarded with such an encouraging story as this. Miss K came to us in September for a photoshoot, she was absolutely thrilled with her final images and after showing them to her husband sent us an email explaining just how much her session meant to her. She asked that we keep her anonymous, so is referred to here with a pseudonym.
You guys are amazing and did such an awesome job!! I had so much fun and felt so surprisingly comfortable doing the shoot. I love all of the poses that you knew to do. They're all very flattering to my body. I love how you edited everything and softened all of the photos without editing out every single detail of my body because, as you said, it is me...and I do love my body, quirks and flaws and all!
On a more serious note, you ladies have no idea what you have done for how I feel about my body right now. This kind of happened with perfect timing. I had a very unexpected miscarriage in March. I was 12 weeks along, which is when everyone tells you you're pretty "safe" to feel sure about everything. It was devastating, and we have been struggling with getting pregnant again since then. I have been having a daily hate relationship with my body for the past several months because of all of that. Not with how I look, but with how it's working. And I want to tell you that doing this shoot has really changed that for me. The way I felt during the shoot, how excited my husband was about it when I came home from the shoot, how much I love all of the photos and feel not just hot but beautiful when I see them. You have no idea what that has done for my frame of mind.
So I just want to thank you for such an awesome experience! Like I said, I am telling all of my friends that they need to try this out sometime. And maybe when I show them some of the photos, they will get on board with it! You ladies rock, and you are doing wonderful things for women. I hope your business continues to thrive and burst at the seams with customers!

Hi Anna and Paige! I just wanted to write you to tell you once again how much my photos mean to me. I mentioned to you guys that I had a miscarriage earlier this year and was having trouble getting pregnant. My boudoir photo shoot made me love my body again, and my husband absolutely loves the photos. Well, I have an update...I'm pregnant! I will be 12 weeks (the "safe zone" of the second trimester) on the day after Christmas. I can't help but feel that my photo shoot did something to help this. I think it took a lot of stress off of me when I regained my good relationship with my body. And stress can negatively affect a lot of things with your body. Aaand...I got pregnant the same month that I got my photos back from you guys. Just sayin...! Now that I'm in the "do I look chubby or do I look pregnant" awkward first phase of pregnancy, it's very nice to be able to look at my photos and say "See, it's okay. I'm still a hottie."
You guys are wonderful. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!

Most of us struggle inwardly with our self-image, putting ourselves down for being something less than perfect, when we're all human, we are none of us perfect, and we all need to learn to love and accept ourselves and others as we are. Roar Boudoir takes time to get to know our clients. We meet with you in person before your shoot to go over any concerns or questions you might have. Miss D. was our first official shoot in one of our two new studio spaces. We've been renovating both studios these past few months and finally have one finished and ready for shooting! Roar Boudoir Studio 201 is our modern and bright space. It's super versatile and has an awesome selection of furniture and props to work with.
We were both super excited to actually get into our new space and have complete control over our shoots. It's a total breath of fresh air in comparison to on location shooting (which we still love as well!). There's so many new goodies that come along with it. All different kinds of lighting, backdrops, props and poses. What a great time to flex some creative muscles!
Miss D. was our very first shoot in Studio 201. She was such a joy to photograph and was open to our direction which made the shoot a breeze. We even used a very minimal wardrobe selection. You don't need any fancy lingerie to do boudoir! Destiny came in with a simple black bra and panties, and a white button up shirt. Her images came out so beautifully, and we're so proud to share them. Thank you so much Destiny for allowing us to share these wonderful shots! You're Beautiful!

Not unless you want us to! Our website is filled with beautiful boudoir photos of people who have given us their explicit consent to post them online.When we meet with clients for our initial consultation we go over our contract. There’s a few options on the amount of sharing online you’d like to allow us to do with your photos. One option is to keep them completely private. We’re okay with that! For every shoot we post online, there are several which stay offline. Your privacy is our number one concern. We also have many clients who change their minds after we deliver photos and ask us to PLEASE post them online, after originally asking us to keep them private. Either way it’s in your hands. Whatever you're comfortable with is what we’ll do!
I need to lose weight before I book my shoot.
You are beautiful right now, even if you don’t see it yet. A big part of the job of a professional photographer is understanding how to pose the human form. We will make whatever size body you’re rocking look amazing! When you look good, it makes us look good. We’ll be able to minimize your not so favorite features and accentuate your stunning ones. Soft curves can make for some ethereal looking photos! We’ll pose you right down to your pinky toes, so take a deep breath and let the professionals make you look your best!
I can’t afford it.
That might not be true. While I understand everyone’s budgets are vastly different, we can offer you some options. We only require the retainer down to reserve your spot. It’s usually 25% of your total package price. We also offer payment plans and other budget friendly options. Contact us now to see how we can help you get the photo-shoot of your dreams!
I don’t own enough/any lingerie.
You don’t need to! While lingerie is fun, is not something you need. We’ve had clients come to the studio without anything, and make them look beautiful wrapped up a sheet. We also offer some pieces and accessories for use. If you’re interested in borrowing something, we ask you bring three things, a pair of black, nude, and white underwear. We can match you up with something great if you’ve got those basics down! If you’re looking for guidance, were more than happy to go shopping with you as part of your initial consultation. We love to get clients properly fitted for bras. A proper fit ensures that your breasts are supported, and in effect, makes the rest of your body look great!
I don’t have anyone I would give my photos to.
Yes you do! Boudoir is an amazing gift to give yourself. While a lot of our clients do boudoir as way to celebrate a wedding or anniversary, even more do it just for themselves. There’s no bigger confidence boost than seeing yourself as the beautiful person you are. There’s nothing like being pampered for the day and having the photos to prove it! Celebrate how strong, beautiful, loving, patient, or bad ass you are now. Don’t wait on someone else.
