We had the lovely Miss V. come visit us at the studio below. We had such fun playing with the Roar Boudoir wardrobe and the lovely lingerie pieces she brought. The vintage set the with the black bows has been very fun to shoot on clients at recent shoots. We have a wide selection of supplemental and lingerie options free to use at our studio during your session. (All items are dry cleaned and worn with a liner or nude thong.)While not strictly lingerie, we also loved Miss V.'s super cute tattooed garters! We loved the shapes, the cut outs, the sheer fabric. We were over the moon when Lena wanted to work with us. So we enlisted one of our favorite previous Roar Clients to model some of these great pieces! We love it when clients bring us unique pieces. Miss T. showed up for her session bearing gifts of super tasty jello shots. Which according to her husband is something she does quite often! We love how Miss T. could go from biker babe to a total Marilyn Monroe in no time flat. We had such a blast at her session, and are so glad she let us share some of her photos. We cracked probably too many jokes, and can't wait for Miss T to find another excuse to come hang out with us! I mean, how awesome does she look a leather chaps? Maybe next time we can fit her Harley into a shoot!

All of us here at Roar Boudoir are truly blessed to be able to do what we love, and have an impact on women's lives. We often get emails from our clients telling us how much they loved their shoot, and how beautiful their photos make them feel. Our goal from the inception of Roar Boudoir was to show every one of our Clients how beautiful they really are, and I'm proud to say we've been upholding that goal 100%! For anybody looking into having a boudoir shoot I would say, just do it! I looked into having a shoot done as a wedding gift for my fiancee, and before I decided to do it I did a LOT of research. I can honestly say, I kind of wanted to do this for me as well, because I have just never seen myself and gorgeous or sexy. I was, however, for the same reason very nervous about the shoot. I met with Paige and Anna before the shoot just to talk about how it would go and to get ideas, from the first time I met them to the shoot they put my mind so at ease and they were a blast to work with, along with their stylist Destiny. I had so much fun on my shoot! They all had me laughing in no time, trying things that may have seemed so ridiculous at the time, but created fantastic photographs The way they work together as photographers is awesome to watch as well. What they created is a true work of art, and while I didn't think that a boudoir shoot was something I would ever spend the money on again I really can't wait to find an excuse do it again! The only thing I regret was having to decide between the photos to create the album. I can't wait to give my album to my husband on the night of our wedding and see his reaction! (And I might have to hide the album from myself so I don't stare at it, ha ha!)
I am still so in love with my photos and cannot wait to get my album! I will truly be hard pressed to give it up to my sister to hide it until my wedding day, but I know it will be a hit! With my house rennovation and wedding planning every week has been so hectic, but not a week goes by that I don't stop to look at my photos at some point because I am still so over the moon in love with them! I haven't had super self conscious issues but I have never looked at my self as really beautiful, but these photos make me feel much more than just beautiful. When I look at them I think maybe I see what my fiancee has been seeing all along, thank you for that! It is just a matter of time before I find a reason to have another photo shoot with you! (And I can't wait to see what changes have happened to your studio :) )

Here at the Roar Boudoir Studios we pride ourselves in the fact that we genuinely believe in the power of self-image, but very rarely are we rewarded with such an encouraging story as this. Miss K came to us in September for a photoshoot, she was absolutely thrilled with her final images and after showing them to her husband sent us an email explaining just how much her session meant to her. She asked that we keep her anonymous, so is referred to here with a pseudonym.
You guys are amazing and did such an awesome job!! I had so much fun and felt so surprisingly comfortable doing the shoot. I love all of the poses that you knew to do. They're all very flattering to my body. I love how you edited everything and softened all of the photos without editing out every single detail of my body because, as you said, it is me...and I do love my body, quirks and flaws and all!
On a more serious note, you ladies have no idea what you have done for how I feel about my body right now. This kind of happened with perfect timing. I had a very unexpected miscarriage in March. I was 12 weeks along, which is when everyone tells you you're pretty "safe" to feel sure about everything. It was devastating, and we have been struggling with getting pregnant again since then. I have been having a daily hate relationship with my body for the past several months because of all of that. Not with how I look, but with how it's working. And I want to tell you that doing this shoot has really changed that for me. The way I felt during the shoot, how excited my husband was about it when I came home from the shoot, how much I love all of the photos and feel not just hot but beautiful when I see them. You have no idea what that has done for my frame of mind.
So I just want to thank you for such an awesome experience! Like I said, I am telling all of my friends that they need to try this out sometime. And maybe when I show them some of the photos, they will get on board with it! You ladies rock, and you are doing wonderful things for women. I hope your business continues to thrive and burst at the seams with customers!

Hi Anna and Paige! I just wanted to write you to tell you once again how much my photos mean to me. I mentioned to you guys that I had a miscarriage earlier this year and was having trouble getting pregnant. My boudoir photo shoot made me love my body again, and my husband absolutely loves the photos. Well, I have an update...I'm pregnant! I will be 12 weeks (the "safe zone" of the second trimester) on the day after Christmas. I can't help but feel that my photo shoot did something to help this. I think it took a lot of stress off of me when I regained my good relationship with my body. And stress can negatively affect a lot of things with your body. Aaand...I got pregnant the same month that I got my photos back from you guys. Just sayin...! Now that I'm in the "do I look chubby or do I look pregnant" awkward first phase of pregnancy, it's very nice to be able to look at my photos and say "See, it's okay. I'm still a hottie."
You guys are wonderful. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!

Most of us struggle inwardly with our self-image, putting ourselves down for being something less than perfect, when we're all human, we are none of us perfect, and we all need to learn to love and accept ourselves and others as we are. "I absolutely loved my boudoir experience. Anna and Paige were very professional while still being super fun! They met with me before the shoot to go over what I would need and to give me suggestions. In the weeks leading up to the shoot I would contact them for more suggestions and they always replied quickly. On the day of the shoot I was very nervous. The nervousness quickly went away when greeted by Anna, Paige, and Destiny. They were so cheerful throughout the whole shoot. Since I do not have long hair I brought a wig and Destiny was able to style it for me and let me say that she did an amazing job on my makeup. I've had my makeup done several times and she did best out of everyone. The shoot was great and I could tell that Paige and Anna loved what they do. I had 3 outfits of my own and they suggested one of their own. I left that day feeling beautiful. We met a little over a week later so I could see my finished pictures and they exceeded my expectations. The pictures looked so great that I couldn't stop looking at them. Paige and Anna are very talented. I would recommend Roar Boudoir to everyone. Recently we've been shooting little clips of some of our clients shoots and putting together short videos. While we don't claim to be the worlds best videographers, we think the end results are fun! They give others a peek into what our shoots our like. They also are awesome to watch with our clients at the photo reveal. Somehow in the span of an hour or two we can amass quite the impressive collection inside jokes. Really, just ask us about prune one day and we'll tell you!
